1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
By accessing or using GLAMS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. GLAMS is strictly designed for individuals who are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). If you are under 18, you are strictly prohibited from using the application.
2. Synthetic Virtual Companions
All characters, profiles, photos, videos, audio, and conversational dialogue within GLAMS are generated by artificial intelligence models. They do not depict real living individuals, and any resemblance to actual persons, living or deceased, is purely coincidental.
3. Virtual Currency & Purchases
GLAMS utilizes a virtual coin system for premium in-app interactions (such as unlocking exclusive albums, gifting virtual outfits, and customized AI photo generation). Virtual coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or refunded for real currency, except where mandated by applicable consumer protection laws.
All in-app purchases are fulfilled and governed by Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play In-App Billing policies.
4. User Conduct & Responsible Usage
Users agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, abuse, or bypass security barriers of the platform. Content generated within personal conversations is intended for private entertainment purposes only.
